Iam breastfeeding my 5mth baby have already gotten 3 periods

Iam breastfeeding my 5mth old baby I have already gotten my regular period 3 times but this month it has not came, by breast have been extremly sore, I've been feeling very tired, and sick to smells, could I be pregnant and am I suppose to have a period some months and skip others. I have always had normal month to month periods.
