ƒº this doesn¡¦t mean you can eat ice-cream as much as you like ƒº It is certain diet plan and you are supposed to eat about 1500 calories (for women; 2000 for men) daily and if you follow this, you can eat one cup (one and a half for men) of ice-cream. Low-calorie ice- cream is recommended. Ice- cream is supposed to burnfat faster and it is also beneficial for some other things.
