Hi! More than one month I have problem with hearing. Doctor diagnosed Idiopathic Hearing loss.
What is that really mean? What is cause of idiopathic hearing loss? What is the treatment of idiopathic hearing loss?

Hi! Because I was in similar situation I want to give you some basic information. Causes of idiopathic hearing loss are unknown, that is why disease is called idiopathic. Suggested causes of Idiopathic Hearing loss include viral infections, immunologic, vascular compromise, and intraocular membrane breaks. Treat underlying problem in each of these states have been suggested including decreasing cochlear inflammation, improving inner ear blood flow and oxygenation, and reestablishing the end cochlear potential.
