For the past 3 times my boyfriend and i have had sex... it was unprotected. stupid... i know but he pulled out. But lately i've been extremely tired i've been getting the same amount of sleep that i have for a while now... i can't focus on anything. i'm starting to feel a little dizzy.. I also had a major pain in my vagina, lower stomach area, and pains in my hips ...I had a dream the other night that i was pregnant and that freaked me out. But can you still have signs of a pregnancy before you miss your period? I need help.

The pain you are feeling wouldn't be pregnancy related. That happens much later in pregnancy as the fetus grows and trys to make some room for itself in tight quarters.
Tho your boyfriend did not ejaculate inside of you, there is still the pre seminal fluid, which contains active sperm. There are a few symptoms early on. Tender breasts, nausea, tired or possible weight gain. Every women is different and some show no signs at all and are shocked to learn that they are pregnant in the the second and third month.
You can get a pregnancy test at the drug store called First Response. It detects 5 days before your period.
