Hi. I'm 15 year old female and I have some very important questions about my psychological health.
You see, my mother always complaints about the fact that she is worrying about me and my sister all the time. She is worrying about our health, our future and several other things and I kind of understand that. But, I can't understand one thing- why I got these stress and anxiety attacks. I don’t know what is causing this but I can guess that uncertainty about the future of my life and sometimes even some trivial reasons like taking a test in school has something to do with it. What do you know about teen stress?

I know some facts about this mater and I will gladly share them with you. You see, every factor that can provoke stress or anxiety is called stressor. Stressors can be physical or emotional, internally or externally generated. No meter if you are teenager or some 70 year old, every period in life has its own stressors.
There are many causes of stress in life including some obvious like family death, injury, sexual problems, physical changes but some of them are not so obvious and clear like- environment change or increase of responsibilities. If you are stressed a lot you should do some exercises like taking deep breaths, thinking positive, eating a nutritious meals and getting involved with things you like to do.
Good luck!

You need some marijuana... seriously. I had the same problem.

I am Eric, 24 yrs. old and when I was in high school I would have panic attacks and anxiety attacks, coincidentally so did my older brother and he suggested to take a few small hits of the ganja befor school (like a half an hour) and it will relax me during a big test. Also it helped me study better. I do not condone the use of marijuana for social use but more of a useful medication. On the same note, I go to UofW now and my test scored never went down because of my use of the herb and I didnt wear "grunge" clothes or hang with the "druggies".

Further, the use of marijuana will not lead you down the wrong path unlike most perscription drugs which have natural addictives like ritalin or percacet (sp?). be natural and knowledgeable to what you put in your body.
