hi

Im 16 and when masturbating i only last 40 seconds, i have a gf and we have been going out for 4 months now and were talking about going for it but im ashamed that i might not last as long as i would like to. can any one tell me if its premature ejaculation or wat i need help.

First off I would cut back on the mastubation. Maybe set a goal for yourself to wait every 3 days or so at first. Secondly constant masturbation will leave you hanging when it comes to the real deal (sex is infinitely better than jerkin off). What i would advise to possibly work is to maybe stroke softly and gently at first. Its not a race to the finish man. ENJOY yourself and build your way up. Also my opinion would be to lay off the pornography if thats the case and instead maybe think of an erotic fantasy or lust. Just a thought! best of luck man
