Hi, I’m mad because things are not turning out as I would like. I am trying so bad to get pregnant and without success. I have one child, and first time it wasn’t a problem at all.

Hi, there is no reason to be mad, it’s not because of your fault. Have you visited a doctor and searched for advice? Or done anything else to increase fertility? Start with regular life, regular and diverse, healthy diet. You need to sleep enough and avoid stress, as much as you can. IN many cases pollution and high number of pollutants present in food, water, air lead to lowered fertility. Try not to expose or to lessen as much as you can exposure to pollution. Also, take some antioxidant supplements to promote your health.
