hello
im 16.5 years old and my breasts still dont look manly. my arms are not bigger. my voice is deep though and i am growing hair in my armpits, i also get facial hair and some chest hair.
so whats going on with my arms and nipples ? why havent they developed like others have?

Assuming your a guy
Do some weights, bench press, your arms aren't just gonna get bigger by them selfs unless your family gene is to have naturally more muscle
Push ups and chin up will work on your arms and back they may also help your pecks to get bigger. just rotate between they way you do it, either with hands towards you or away
