hi, i know i can't be pregant because i haven't been sexually active at all since 6 months ago. Its been almost a week and i'm late, but i've been having menstral cramps and lower back pain. What could be happening. I don't want to worry too. I'm avoiding calling a Dr. until i really know what could be happening. Question

Hi,

It depends on hormones, age, stress factors, excercise etc... a number of factors. Stress can play a large role in delaying of menstration.
