Im scared that I may be pregnant from fingering

Okay so my boyfriend and me started to do stuff on November 25 and the last time we did anything before my scare was December 10. The only thing my boyfriend has done is fingered me. Both his underwear and my underwear were on. I was supposed to get my period December 14. Usually I am a little irregular and dont worry but two days after I was supposed to get my period I woke up from a nap and was really scared for some reason. I started to feel the area below my stomach and I felt that it was sticking out. I got so scared I started to push on it rub on it I started to cry and tried to make myself throw up. For the next 5 days I could hardly eat or sleep all I did was worry. Then on December 22 I got my period in the morning. It was the same time length but it seemed a little lighter I dont really remember it much. So I felt relieved until December 27 when I noticed the bulge down there was still sticking out. From then until now January 7 I havent eaten at all almost, slept at all. All I do is think about it. I've had brown discharge 4-5 days after my period. It lasted a day. Then Ive had like a different smelling discharge. I got so scared from all this that I took one of the E.P.T. pregnancy tests on January 3 at night. I got a Not Pregnant screen I drank some water before the test and I was relieved until I went online and googled how accurate are the tests and it said dont delute yourself with water and I got really scared and I had told one of my coaches about this and she said that I would of had to drank gallons of water for it to affect the test. So I took it again the next day during lunch and I got another negative. I felt then my left boob starting to like tingle and I got really scared. So I took another one on January 6 and I got another negative. I feel pressure down by my stomach/uterus while sleeping. I am on my schools cheerleading squad and one day I felt so much pressure while I was practicing. So in result I've had 3 negative E.P.T. pregnancy test results and I've been crying all day yesterday and all day today. Could I have convinced myself I am pregnant? I don't know what to do. I don't have a doctor's appointment till January 23. I am so scared. Please someone tell me what i should do.

so you are saying you have never actually had unprotected sex, but you fear you have become pregnant from semen on your boyfreinds fingers?

don't worry, this happening is very rare!! I've never heard of it happening to anyone, semen dies as soon as it hits the air.

since you have gotten your period since and three negatives, I would say you are pretty much safe. a pregnancy test would be accurate after almost two months.

also, you wouldnt be showing until about your second trimester, so dont worry about your stomach!

you have to understand that worrying like this will affect you physically,
anxiety and stress will disrupt the chemicals in your brain and your hormone levels, stress can delay periods, make you nauseous, and make you think you have the symptoms of pregnancy. it can convince you into thinking you are pregnant, yes.

for the future: you can ask your doctor for a blood test when you go, also ask about going on the pill! the oral contraceptive, it will settle your mind that you are protected from pregnancy should things like this ever happen again.

Even if I havent waited two months to take a test i should be okay?

Although they claim accuracy from the day your period is due, it does sometimes take time for the hCG levels in your urine to rise enough to show positive on the tests.

Most tests are accurate from 21 days after sex,

as I said before; the tests would be accurate 21 days after the day you think you got pregnant. (or 21 days after you ovulated if you know what that date was)

In a word, NO. NO sperm comes out of the finger and if that is all that he put in you then NO. If you are so worried that you are making yourself sick, you should be getting on some birth control. Also, if you had suspected that you were actually pregnant, you should never make yourself sick, or starve yourself. I don't know where you live, but in some states, abortions are illegal and if you had no choice to go through with the pregnancy, don't you think you should give the unborn child a good start?
In conclusion, if you are going to be sexually active, go on the pill and find out all the facts you can. Ask questions and don't be afraid to speak to an adult about it. They will likely surprise you with how understanding they are!
