Hello I have a problem I have the Implanon an I have been using it since October 23, 2007. I have not had a menstrual cycle until this Friday, I have been having soreness of the breast an fatigueness an nausea. Could this be a sign of pregnancy Crying or Very sad

with Implanon periods are unpredictable. it also causes breast tenderness, and fatigue, and sometimes nausea. since you did bleed friday, i wouldn't think you are pregnant. if you want, take a pregnancy test.
