| According to the OPK that I use, I ovulated on day 9 of a 28 day cycle. My husband and I tried our best during that time! On day 14, after a gym work out, I had cramping and bleeding. This is something that I otherwise would have thought was ovulation, but given the OPK reading, I am wondering if it is actually implantation bleeding. Has anyone had any experience with OPK's and their reliability? Or does this sound like early implantation? |
