Implantation Bleeding or ????

I had my period last weekend. Yesterday I had cramps and now I am spotting. Ten minutes ago I noticed small clots in the blood. I took a blood test at my Doctors office at noon and have not heard anything yet. Should i go to the ER. I am not cramping but I do feel a little discomfort. i had an ectopic pregancy two years ago and had one tube removed I am scared to death of losing this one as I have no children yet

Well the test came back negative I guess I was hoping that it was implantation bleeding as I would love to have a baby at this stage of my life.
