Implantation bleeding or Miscarriage?

My period was due on Feb 10th. I took a home pregnancy test on the 11th and 12th, both were negative. On the 14th (4 days late) I began to have some light to moderate bleeding (with no cramping) that lasted about 2/3 days so I assumed this was my period. However, I was still having pregnancy symptoms nauseau, breast tenderness etc. So on the 19th (9 days after my missed period and 5 days after I began bleeding), I took another home pregnancy test (4 in all) and they're all coming up positive now. I can't get in to see the doctor until next week. Do you think it was implantation bleeding or did I miscarry?
