| Hello. I am a guy who is 21 years old. I am a bodybuilder, and sometimes I really get cramped. Than my girlfriend gives me a massage and all my problems seem to flow away. But I am thinking, what if I was getting massages all of the time? Maybe that would be better? What do you think is the importance of a regular massage? |

| Well, your muscles are relaxed all of the time, which results in better readiness. Why is this so important? If you are young, you will be more able to grow (this is why bodybuilders practice massages that much), and if you are an old sod like me, you won’t get cramps, and that sort of things. This is really important because lack of physical activity can lead to atrophy, and when an old person cant walk – well you get the idea. |
