Four years ago I had the TURP procedure on my prostate which removed the ability to ejaculate. I have gradually become impotent and get no response from Cialis.
I need to communicate with someone who can help me cope with this emotionally.

I'd start with your doctor and ask for a support group.
Another possibility is to contact your local cancer society chapter and ask them for such a male support group. You may be surprised how many men are facing this.
