Hi, I believe that I am in big trouble. My blood tests are very bed. Since, I have been taking drugs last year and had poor living habits my immune system is in bad condition. I am still addicted, how to get out of this situation?

Hi, I don’t know why you are suddenly interested in your immunity, when you had poor living habits by now. Above all you are still an addict and you care about your health. I suppose that for the first time you are interested in your health condition, because you are realizing that god health is not a worthless gift. You can use Echinacea and propolis to stimulate your immunity, and try to sleep and eat regularly. The most beneficial would certainly be, if you would stop with drugs. It is a long-lasting process, but every journey starts with the first step.
