In need of info about girls and PMS(in relation to pregnancy)

This is something that has been causing me to have countless sleepless nights because i think i may have gotten my gf pregnant but im not sure,
We had unprotected sex about 4 months ago but i know i didnt cum or go inside her but since then i have been thinking she may be, because she says she is always feeling bad(but she gets sick alot so idk) and she gets headaches and stuff like that easily and she says it is hard for her to wake up in the mornings(we get up at 4:30 to go to school here cuz we in the rotc). But she still has her monthly PMS thing so does that mean that since she still is having her monthly thing that she isnt pregnant?

has she had her periods?...because she probably wouldn't be pregnant if she still has her periods.
