Indocin SR 75mg 2 times a day to reduce my pain

Hi, I am 45 years old and I am suffering from chronic arthritic pain in my knees. I am using Indocin for few months and it really helps me to reduce pain which is almost disappeared. I would like to know if dosage of 75mg 2 times per day is ok and if it may harm my health.
