Indomethacin helps with any kind of pain?

Hi, I am 32 years old male and I would like to know something about Indomethacin. I have spent a weekend with my girlfriend in the mountain. She had problems with PMS and she experienced pain in her abdomen. Only medication I had with me was Indomethacin so I would like to know if I made mistake when I have decided to give it to her. Does it help with any kind of pain?

Hi, basically Indomathacin will help for almost every pain because it fights against inflammation which is main cause of pain. In situation like you have described you have made good decision because it probably helped her and it cant cause some side effects. If she uses it for longer period of time then she has to take care about ulcers.
