Indomethacin makes my ankles swell

I have been dealing with bursitis for I cannot even remember how long. I cannot say that this condition is much painful, but it is discomforting and annoying, especially when I have to walk, or use my extremities excessively. Anyway, I have been taking Indomethacin and about a month after the therapy my ankles start swelling. Could Indomethacin cause my ankles to swell?

I suppose that problem with medications today is that we all react differently to them. I never had any serious problems with Indomethacine, although I think that dizziness I felt several times could be a result of Indomethacine. So, I think that you should not hesitate and go to your doctor. Even though swelling is not such a serious problem, as allergic reaction for example, you should still check out what's going on.
