Infection after Hip Replacement

3 months ago I had total hip replacement and in short time was
walking without aids and walking 3 to 5 miles daily. Now I have developed
glut pain on both sides and have some groin pain returning.
Is this due to walking or sign of infection? Is there always a fever
if an infection is starting?
