Hello. I'm 21 year old female and these last couple of months I can't stop thinking about one thing.
I haven’t told anything about this to my parents because I'm afraid what they could say. I'm not so satisfied with the shape and size of my nose. I was reading a lot about operation called rhinoplasty but it seams to me like it can be performed only if there is a problem with breathing but this isn’t my case.
My breathing is fine- I just need this esthetic correction. Can some tell me are these “optical effect” operation possible or what!
Help if you know something about it!

Hello. I would really like to help you but I must tell you that I don’t approve any kind of corrections without the knowledge of your parents!
Beside the breathing corrections- Rhinoplasty is often performed to improve the appearance of the nose.
By appearance I mean on the size, shape, or overall appearance of the nose. The surgery is usually completed within one to two hours and complications are very rare.
All incisions are made inside the nose and that’s why scarring is minimal. The operation can be rather expensive and this is also why you need to talk about it with your parents!
