Ingrown hair, std, or herpes??

I have been getting bumps on my pubic area and sometimes there is hair attached and then sometimes white stuff then blood comes out. This has been going on for quite a while now and i am scared. I don't shave entirely, and when i do shave I only shave the inner thighs and the sores or whatever they are appear on my pubic hair. Sometimes they hurt sometimes they don't. HELP!!!

same is happening to me, plus my scrotum itches. i was convinced it was herpes, but the doc tested and it wasnt that. i am still worried and would like some info if anyone has any on this? thanks much
