Ingrown hair\pimple\inner thight

Today I noticed I have a bump on my inner thigh, its a dark brown\purple color and I squeezed it and brown liquid\puss came out and also I saw a few ingrown hairs, it now looks like and feels like a marble is under my skin. What is that?

It is an ingrown hair, I get them all the time. It is horrible. There is this stuff that you can buy at the store, Ichthamol, it is like tar and it smells nasty, but it works. You just use a q-tip and put some over it, cover it with a band-aid and go to bed. By morning it won't be so swollen or hurt. It may take a couple of days to get rid of it immediately but it does work. My friend who is an RN told me about it.
