Iron deficiency anemia is blood disease caused by lacking of iron in our blood to meet body demands. Iron is used for making hemoglobin, it is his essential component. Hemoglobin is the oxygen carrying pigment. Low iron cause decreased amount of red cells in the blood. It can be caused by small intake from the food or due to blood loss.
