Hi, I am new but I would like to help you. First, I am 49 this August, and at 45, my whole life has changed with the onset of perimenopause. I could not motivate, I have lost my appetite and cried as crazy. I too, had the negative, scary thoughts. I spoke with my doctor, expressed what I felt and we decided to start with HRT and group therapy for menopausal woman. It changed my life for best!
