Irregular bleeding less than half way through cycle.

Had sex 7 days after the beginning of my last period. 11 days after my last period, i started cramping and bleeding, not just when I wiped. I needed a pad. But this only lasted that day. When I woke up the next day it was done.

I've just had a ultrasound and pelvic exam three days after the bleeding occurred and there's a cyst on my ovary. Been under a ton of stress and emotional distress. My anxiety about it isn't helping, either. What are the chances of me being pregnant? We used a condom, no breakage or slippage.

It is still way too early for me to get a pregnancy test.

From everything I've read, implantation bleeding occurs days before a period should be, in which case I'd assume this isn't implantation bleeding because it was over two weeks before my expected period--before I should have even ovulated!

But I'm a hypochondriac so I need to get this pregnancy thing cleared up for my sanity! Is this common?!

Bump. It's been 5 days since that bleeding occured. I am getting minor cramps (or i could be confusing it with "normal" lower back pain) still and i'm still a good 12 days or so away from my expected period. I feel slightly nauseas.

It is likely related to stress as I am under a great deal of emotional distress right now. This is only amplifying it. But I would like a second opinion, please.

I'm pretty sure I ovulated a few days ago, because I've been checking my cervix position and everything, and it's gone from low, to very high and soft, to lower and hard like after ovulation. If that's the case, me having just ovulated a few days ago, I couldn't have gotten pregnancy symptoms over a week before that, right?

Someone please help.
