Hello. I was at my cardiologist day before yesterday, and I didn’t get a great results. Number of my red cells have droped, so what I want to know is – how did it happen?

Well, red blood cells are very important because they carry oxygen through the bloodstream to the organs. With less red cells, you feel week, and ill. You should check it out, because it can be something serious. If not, it is probably an irregular style of life. You should sleep more often (longer), eat healthy, shouldn’t smoke, etc, etc. Live healthy!
