I have been diagnoised with IBS and prescribed Zelcom, I started taking it 3 days ago but am still constipated with a feeling of urgency sometimes to relieve myself to no avail or just a liquid mucous bowel. Is this normal or should I return to my doctor. I also have a constant feeling of fullness with cramping in my groin. Please someone help me. Crying or Very sad
