Is Dichloroacetate (DCA) really as good as the word is?

Hi, there are many positive comments about dichloracetate which may be read on the web. I have read facts about its function and the way it works. Also I know that this medication is not registered for anti cancer therapy so I would like to know if it is really good as people say. If someone has information like that I would be thankful.

Hi, in this moment it is very difficult to say how good dichloracetate in usage against cancer is. Reason for this is in the fact that no clinical trials were done with this drug. Pharmaceutical houses show no interest for this drug because it is not patented and without their help it would be much harder to make proper clinical trials. However other sources of funding exist like charities and government.
