Is It Schizophrenia?

Hey there,
I have a question to post. My neighbor’s behavior is shocking… sometimes she barks like a dog, then she pisses in front of her house… These sorts of activities happen on daily basis? Is It Schizophrenia? Could she be dangerous?

It is hard to say whether it is or not… Anyhow, her behavior is madness.
I do not really know if schizophrenic people are a threat to others… I think they are more threat to themselves.
