Is Medicine needed for part of internal organ that is bleeding?

In general, do we need to take/put medicine (at the source of the bleeding, e.g. at anus) when we know that in a certain day there is blood in our stool?

I just worry/think that the internal bleeding part if in the dirty condition (e.g bleeding at anus), if we do not take care of it, can cause cancer?
