Is Meliane available in the states?

My wife has been taking Meliane for some time and it's available in Asia where she is from however she has now run out and she has be prescribed aviane.

In generall she's had no problems with Meliane at all over the time she's taken it. About say 3 years + 6 months but I'm concerned about her moving to a different hormone.

Meliane is 0.02 mg ethinyl estradiol and 0.075 mg gestodene

and Aviane is 0.02 mg ethinyl estradiol and 0.10mg levonorgestrel

I would much prefer she would use the same medicine she's been using rather changing to a different combination.

Is Meliane or any of it's other branded varieties available in the US?

The problem is that we do not use gestodene here in the US, so there is not a pill here that would match the hormones.

She would need to use something that is available here.
