Is Methotrexate manufactured as Trexall?

I have problem with the serious psoriasis. It is kind of a skin disease. It affects a great deal of my skin. I need some medications as a therapy. I had few suggestions from few different doctors. Mainly, the choice is Methotrexate and Trexall. I would like to know is Methotrexate manufactured as Trexall.

You are right it is the same medication. Every medication has its generic and brand name. Generic name for this medication is Methotrexate and the brand name includes Rheumatrex and Trexall. It can be used in patients with severe types of psoriasis because it helps in slowing growth of abnormal skin cells.
