Is Pancuronium/Tubocurarine goof to stop all muscle movement except the heart?

Hello, my mother has to be operated on. She has some sort of tissue on her ovaries. I talked to the doctor and I am aware of her condition and possibility of malign tissue. He said that she has to use Pacuronium in period of preparation. Is Pancuronium/Tubocurarine good to stop all muscle movement except the heart?

This drug relaxes muscles (skeletal ones). It is applied to patients who are already in general anesthesia. This medication induces weakness or mild paralysis of sk. muscles and does not affect all muscles at the same time. First it affects the eyes then limbs, intercostals muscles. As for heart it induces hypo tension and tachycardia.
