Hello, my friends. I would like to ask you something. I feel a lot of stress on my work. The atmosphere there is very tensed. I don't want to take medications for relaxing. I have heard something about Tai Chi. I would like to know whether it is good for relieving stress. Can anyone help me?

Hello. Of course it can. Tai Chi is together with yoga one of the most recommended techniques for stress relieving. There are many styles and each style has many movements. Every movement improves the internal circulation. Heart beats slower. Your breathing is slower and deeper. Blood pressure becomes stable. Muscles relax also. Tai Chi techniques also are strong against the pain, makes your abilities to solve problems better, your mind is more sharp and focused. I hope I’ve helped with my reply.
