Is There a Way to Cause a Miscarriage?

My whole idea on abortion, is debending on the situation. People using it as a way of brith control..i believe is wrong. But as for a rape victum, imagine how they feel to have a life inside them. That if giving born to, will forever remind them of that day. Or if a drug user gets pregnant, how do you think that child will comeout. Deformed? Addicted? or Handicapped? Definately, not right at all.. For those reasons, of rape, and drug users. I agree in abortion. To each their own opinion. Thats just mine.

First off, I wanna say that I used to be staight prolife, but I've seen why termination is necessary. One is the problem I am hit with now.
My 14 year old niece *THINKS* she is pregnant. She's 2 weeks from her next period, and I get a call in the middle of the night, her bawlin her eyes out tellin me she doesn't know what to do. She can't go medical, as if my sister and brother-in-law find out, they will make her life more hell than it already is. She says she's showing some signs that she could be, and I got her a test, but she's too scared to take it.
Is there anything that she can do that is **COMPLETELY SAFE** for her that will make her unpreg if she is? I would take her to get checked, but in Texas, only the parents or legal guardian can take a minor for something like this.
And for anyone who wants to get on my case about letting her have sex.. I don't let her. But I am the only one in our family she can trust, as I'll help and not sit and preach. (which is also why I'm the black sheep)
Someone please tell me how to help her.

Im 18 and may be pregnant after using protection and cant stand it...i cant continue college if im pregnant and need to find a way if i am pregnant t have a miscarriage...please help me out....

I’ve gone back and forth on this issue most of my life. I have an adopted sister who was born prior to the legalization of abortion. If her birth mother had terminated that pregnancy, she would not be in my life, which is something that is impossible for me to fathom. But I have also learned that one cannot truly understand what it is like to be such a situation until it actually happens. So what I find despicable about your comments here are how quickly you are to criticize someone else’s decisions. You cannot speak for anyone else, only for yourself. You are all certainly entitled to your opinions, but how dare you be so righteous as to admonish someone else’s choice. Some of you have even gone so far as to attack other’s weight or pregnancy before marriage. What are we really talking about here? Because it sounds like you are all are just trying to be hurtful.
I do not believe that abortion is ever an easy conclusion to come to, and the pain it causes those women must be heart breaking. I’m not saying they should be applauded, necessarily. However, it’s naïve of me to think that I can ever know what it is like to be in those individuals’ shoes. Frankly, knowing that you are talking to strangers and clearly have no idea what their life is like day-to-day, you all sound totally ignorant. Rolling Eyes

I am a mother of 1, I have had 2 abortions, and I am pregnant as I type this. I used to be like some of you who flat out said that abortion was wrong. That all changed when I was 17 and was raped by a friend! I was blessed to be able to have another chance but unfortunately, I was only 18 right out of high school. My son is now 6 and I love him very much. I got pregnant shortly after I had him(abortion #2) and I knew that I could not afford another baby. I was 19 and not working, struggling to take care of my son with little help from the dad, who to this day does not do anything for my son. Thank God I have a supportive family,Many of these young women don't. I am pregnant now and let me tell you this is the hardest decision in my life right now. I can't deal with adoption, I am finally with someone who loves me and my son. He really wants kids, but am not emotionally ready right now....And I AM married! I want this baby soooo much but it would not be fair to my husband, son, and my unborn child to have an emotionally unstable mother.

I no longer say it is wrong because I don't know anyones situation. Until you are placed with that decision, you have no right to judge anyone.

All of you seem to carry a vary valid point, however I believe that any person can make a decision for them self. I am not going to go on about right and wrong because it's already a dead horse however I think the slack should be cut a little bit and allow the people to make their own decisions. How "despicable" do you look yelling at someone to do whats right for them. I also have a son who me and my fiance had VERY young and put our dreams and hopes aside, however, i am not going to tell you the thought didnt cross my mind. With the help of family and friends we were able to make the decision right for us. I would have been more angry had I had someone telling me how ridiculous I was for doing what was right for me. You should all let them make the decision for themselves and stop trying to make their situation the best for you.

i think it is highly unfair for anyone to come on this site and call these women despicable. go to your own anti abortion site and complain to someone who gives a hoot. if these women need help or find it fitting to get an abortion, so be it! its every womans choice. go harass someone else you big pricks. its a difficult choice as it is, and no one needs a jerk taunting them. i remember my first abortion was because i was raped when i was FIFTEEN. all you morons that are anti were sitting outside the clinic with pickets. do you have any idea how insensitive and how completely stupid you look??? mind your business. if you dont support it, thats your deal, then dont get one. dont impose your beliefs on someone else who doesnt welcome it. and the whole adoption thing?? most women i think would agree that an abortion is better because how does it feel knowing one of your offspring is somewhere out there in this world and could be living an aweful life or maybe good one. its not worth putting a child in a position where you arent positive theyll be safe. do what you feel is right and thats that. you wanna have a kid, go for it. you dont, then dont. sheesh!!!!

Ok, I am a college student about to graduate next fall. I am 21 so yes I had my son at 18, he was born soon after I graduated from high school. I have a three year old son but I found myself pregnant again. I took all the precautions to avoid getting pregnant other than just not having sex. I dont know what to do, I dont want a abortion and I dont want to adopt my baby off if I do decide to go through with it. I just missed my period two weeks ago and took a test and it was positive. If I go through with it I will have to stay in college an extra year and stay a student worker which is little money. My family help me with my son I dont think they will do it again, I dont blame them. I was not trying I use a condom and I am on birth control pills, and I have been using diet pills to lose weight and still was taking birth control pills before I found out I was pregnant. I also scared of having a mentally challenge child when I truly dont have time for children right now. I want a career....I dont know what to do

UH 24 WEEKS IS NOT SIX months it's about 5. Doctors consider six months to be 28 weeks and six months pregnant means you've just entered to third trimester, so you cannot legally have an abortion any longer.

You are just having jitters. Many women feel that way about this time. I did. But there has to be some reason why you couldn't bring yourself to having an abortion earlier. Just know that by now the fetus growing inside you can hear, see, and feel. If you want to cause a miscarriage, it will actually be STILLBIRTH and trust me it will be much much more painful and tramatizing than going through Labor, since your body is not prepared for it. It's too late for you to take abortion pills properly. You will have to go through labor. Why not just wait and adopt if you still feel strongly. It will be way better for you.

and everybody else = abortion is Legal and Many Many Many women practice their right to choose everyday. So why don't we not make things worse for some girl who is obviously going through some serious mental disfuctions, by telling her how horrible she is cause she was being honest. Here she is asking for help on so many levels, and some of you just have to go and make things worse for her.
