I am not sure about this stuff, so I must ask you. Recently, I moved to a country where Vitalite is very popular. My problem is my vegan way of diet, and I am not supposed to eat anything that is dairy- or egg related. As a stranger in this country, I have no other way to find out about this, than to ask you. And off course I do not believe in those suitable for vegans signs on the packages. Please, is Vitalite for vegans?

Although it says suitable for vegans, it is not quite true. In Vitalite there is vitamin D that was produced from Lanolin which is derived from sheeps wool. So, you can judge from this writing. If food is containing anything from animals it is not suitable for vegans, but you know that by your self. Try to find something less popular if you want to maintain yours vegan diet.
