Yes, there is a possibility of having Familial WPW. I have WPW and so do both of my children as well as my grandmother. At the pediatric cardiologist today, they mentioned that they have recently found this to exist, although uncommon for it to be genetic.

I was told that there is a doctor in Gainesville, FL that might be interested in taking a look at our genes to see if we fall under Familial WPW.
