I have a brown "Stripe" mark on the side of my penis.

Is there a question here?

Are you asking if the brown stripe is normal? If it falls within the normal range of human penis' it is.

Also, some variation in pigmentation is normal from guy to guy.

If you have great concerns, you may want to schedule a visit to a doctor for an exam.
