Is anthrax caused by a biological weapon?

It looks to me that there is no point talking about serving in military as a regular soldier due to the nature of the modern weapons. Even when we leave the bombs aside, there are so much other weapons (biological, chemical etc) that could cause so much damage, not only in harming people but in destruction of the natural environment. Anyway, I would like to know if the anthrax is caused by a biological weapon.

It is actually a bio weapon by itself. And it has been used a lot in the past wars, big and small ones, all across the globe so you might imagine what kind of damage it has produced, especially in the last century. And even though it is denied as loud as possible, I am convinced that it is still used, I don’t know where and by whom, but its lethal effect is still spreading.
