Is changing your diet and cutting out sugars all it takes to treat hypoglycemia?

I’m 29 years old. Since last month I started to feel really uncommon weakness usually after meals. My doctor thinks that I probably have some kind of hypoglycemia. Now I need to do certain test which will show is he right. Is changing your diet and cutting out sugars all it takes to treat hypoglycemia?

Hi! I have reactive hypoglycemia and I can tell you that if you really have hypoglycemia, you need to use medications also. As I know, hypoglycemia is usually treated with drugs at the first time. Of course, you need to be on high-carbohydrate diet and restricted-simple sugar diet. Your meals should be small but frequent.
