Is cyclizine is better than metoclopramide in patients with moderate to severe abdomen pain?

I would like to know something concerning my health. I am 44 years old and I need to know is cyclizine better than metoclopramide in patients with moderate to sever abdominal pain? I have been having problems with nausea for last several months and the pain was mild in the beginning but became very severe now. I used metoclopramide in the beginning, but I would like to switch to cyclizine.

My guess is that you are not that satisfied with the effects of the current therapy, or perhaps the side effects are not that easy to handle. Anyway, before transferring to any other medication, I would suggest a consultation with the doctor. Cyclizine is an effective drug, but also has some downsides, so speak to the doctors first, or find someone who has already used it.
