| Hello, I need some help with my mother’s depression. She is 55 years old and initial phase of menopause is gone, but unfortunately the main symptom, depression, remained. Is that condition really curable? I am not sure what is worse, seeing her depressed or drugged with medications. Did anyone have some positive experience with depression treatment? |

| Well, unfortunately, brain is still one organ in our body that is far from being researched and understood completely. So, some symptoms that happen and are mind/brain related might only be controlled and sustained, but not removed. And what's even worse, depression often comes as a result of the way of living, everyday stress, problems etc. And that is something that cannot be dealt with easily. Meds will help to a certain point. |
