Is dolasetron good to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be caused by cancer chemotherapy?

I must receive chemotherapy for my breast cancer. I know that during that treatment I would have problems with nausea and vomiting. While I am deciding I am asking someone of you who may have the same dilemma. Is dolasetron good to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be caused by cancer chemotherapy?

Dolasetron is good to prevent nausea and vomiting that may be caused by cancer chemotherapy. I used to take it myself and had no problems with nausea and vomiting. Chemotherapy is such unpleasant experience and if you can prevent side effects from it, I think that you should do it. I can recommend you to take dolasetron.
