I need some information about hernia surgery. My son needs to have this surgery next month. I met one woman who told me that her son had hernia surgery and after that he got hematoma on his scrotum. Does anybody know is hematoma likely to occur on scrotum after hernia surgery?

Unfortunately, I need to say to you that it can happen. But you can not know will your son get it or not. You can not do anything for prevention. It’s truth that hematoma on scrotum can take a while to resolve, but don’t worry, it’s not so dangerous. Good luck!
