I don't knwo what it is ... i don't knwo if its a lump or just a pimple, i am over weight so just keep that in mind.. its right below the stomach.. and above the penis... i have like 3 type of pimple/lump... i still can't tell they pretty small but they have been there for a yr now.. and i don't know if its nething serious or not.. ne information could be useful
