It is okay to prolong the ejaculation as much as you can, but if it is possible for you to have the orgasm without the ejaculation- this is the right thing to do! You can have a multiple orgasm and in the end to ejaculate, this way you are saving your bioenergy, as it’s told!
I was myself trying to do that many times and I managed to succeed only once, this really demands a lot of practice, well, at least in my case. Maybe you will have more luck succeeding it!
I searched the internet in order to find some more info or techniques concerning the orgasm without the ejaculation, and I found many stories and articles on this topic, if you are interested you can do the same.
The only thing that I know is bad for a man is NOT ejaculating when sexually excited, I always have problems with my testicles afterwards, they badly hurt and are way too swollen for a day.
I wish you a successful practice!

of course its ok!! in fact, most people try to prolong their masterbation time, as it will result in a VERY satisfying ejak at the end.
