Is it dangerous for hepatics C patient to take Naproxen?

I have Hepatitis C for few years. I had a couple of remissions but lately it has started to spread a lot and damaging the liver. I am taking peginterferon as a treatment, but I have some side effects like muscle aches and fever. I was wondering could I use Naproxen to ease the symptoms. Is it dangerous for hepatics C patient to take Naproxen?

I don't know how you got that idea but I would suggest you to forget about it. Person with damaged live should not take Naproxen by any chance. It is one of the medications which could just speed up the damage of your liver like some other NSAIDS like acetaminophen and ibuprofen.
